Colonics are recommended to do 3 colonics within 7 days. The first session only releases waste that you would eliminate on your own. You want to clean that area again before there is time for waste to build up again. The large intestine is the area being cleaned and is 5 feet long with folds and crevices where matter has been embedded. Remember, it didn’t take a day to embed it there. The total number of cleanses you will need can be determined after you discuss your health history and your individual needs with our therapist.
